Turn project knowledge into firm-wide leverage.

Make better decisions, faster
Give teams relevant historical context earlier, so they can spend less time searching for answers and more time applying professional judgment.
Scale expertise across the firm
Make the experience of your strongest practitioners available beyond the people, projects, and offices where it originated.
Strengthen consistency and defensibility
Give teams and reviewers easier access to relevant precedent so current decisions can be informed by how comparable work was handled before.
Accelerate onboarding and development
Give newer professionals real examples of the firm’s work, helping them understand how experienced teams have approached actual projects and decisions.
Connect teams, offices, and acquired knowledge
Create a shared body of project intelligence that makes valuable experience easier to access across locations, service lines, and newly integrated teams.
Keep your expertise yours
Your historical work stays within your firm’s isolated Quire environment and is not pooled across customers or used to train public or general-purpose AI models.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Still have questions?
We’re happy to help. Reach out to discuss your needs, challenges, and how Lazarus can fit your business.
What exactly does Lazarus do?
Lazarus brings historical technical reports and deliverables into Quire and transforms them into structured, searchable project knowledge. Instead of leaving years of completed work buried in PDFs, Word files, and project folders, Lazarus makes that history usable alongside the work your firm creates in Quire going forward.
What can we bring into Lazarus?
Lazarus can ingest historical PDF and Word technical reports, in addition to the reports already created in Quire. Your firm decides which historical work should become part of the knowledge base.
Do we have to manually tag or organize all of our old reports first?
No. Lazarus uses Context Keys to read report content and extract structured, report-specific context from otherwise unstructured documents. That allows historical reports to become useful without requiring your team to manually categorize every project first.
What happens once our historical reports are in Quire?
They become part of the firm’s searchable project knowledge. Teams can find relevant precedent, compare similar work, ask questions across selected reports, surface useful language and recommendations, and trace information back to the original source.
How is this different from uploading our reports into a general AI tool?
Lazarus is built around technical report context. Rather than treating each report as generic text, Context Keys preserve the project characteristics and technical signals practitioners use to determine whether prior work is actually relevant. The resulting knowledge remains grounded in your firm’s own reports rather than the open web or another company’s content.
What happens to our firm’s intellectual property?
Customer content remains within that customer’s isolated Quire environment. It is not pooled across firms or used to train public or general-purpose AI models, and access is governed through Quire’s security and permission controls.
Do we need Quire TRM to use Lazarus?
No. Lazarus is a natural extension of Quire TRM because it brings historical work into the same knowledge environment as the reports your team is creating today. But firms that do not need a full technical report management platform can also use Lazarus on its own to unlock the knowledge in their existing report history.
